Recruiter / Talent Sourcer

We are looking for Recruiter/Talent Sourcer responsible for Talent selection process, being the first point of contact for candidates in the hiring journey, taking ownership of the candidate experience, ensuring that first impressions are positive and engaging, acting as the conduit for Talent into our Vineo Team.

Required skills:

  • Experience in Corporate Recruiting;
  • Excellent sourcing/research skills with the ability to deep dive into searches for hard-to-fill positions;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Result-oriented and attention to details;
  • Good English or German communication skills, written as well as spoken will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, networking, employee referrals, internet searches etc.);
  • Use professional networks and social networking mediums (i.e. LinkedIn groups and other online forums) to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationships;
  • Utilize research, phone calls, resume databases to identify and present candidates for open positions.
